Many ask me for Kundi Club Online. I’m such an ancient soul, who just loves being in the flesh with my tribe!

However, when I shared this Series Online, I was so surprised at how powerful it was for everyone, and at how united we felt! 

 

I’m tuning into the Mums who have kids in Australia, and might feel the call, as nights in the flesh are tricky.

I’m tuning into my beloved dancing friends in Canada in the snow right now, who might want to reunite online, in the comfort of their homes.

I’m tuning into anyone who feels the call to make some magic, move some energy, feel alive and can’t make the Kundi Club In Person Mondays in Sydney. 

 

What is Kundi?

 

Your Kundalini is your life force energy, it’s your shakti power, it’s your creative energy. When you work with this energy in a safe, wholesome, ceremonial dance way, you discover your full potential in so many areas. 

 

Kundi Club/Kundalini Dance, is a tantric, shamanic, embodiment dance, to release stagnant energy from the body. We use breath, sound and movement, as potent keys for transformation. This cathartic process helps you to release what’s not serving, and fill you up with love, power, positivity and an unbridled passion for life. From this place of ‘Everything’s Possible’, self love overflows, doors start to open, dreams come alive, intimacy deepens, new projects begin, more abundance, more clarity…..full flow with life. 

 

Each week, over the 6 weeks, we journey deeply into each Chakra, the Base Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, The Solar Plexus Chakra, the Heart Chakra, the Throat Chakra and then the 3rd Eye/Crown Chakra’s. We explore each Chakra’s light and shadow themes, on this journey of self discovery. The 3rd Eye/Crown Session explores those particular chakra’s, whilst integrating all the other chakra’s too, and it’s the only one in a blindfold. 

 

We work with the Energy of the Earth and Sky, Feminine and Masculine Energies, returning home, to our radiant, whole, divine nature. 

 

Humans who have journeyed the whole series, have discovered so much about themselves, gained more confidence, released emotion, healed aspects within and many have gone on to be strong leaders living their purpose. There will be one gold nugget or many, on this journey of healing through movement. 

 

There is always something to learn, something to gain, something to let go of. Or it could be a simple desire, like having the time of your life, laughing lots, or feeling fully body bliss. Kundi is all the things, and all of you is welcome! How refreshing. A celebration of our humanness. 

 

The Format

 

-We will start with a quick Tech Check, making sure we are all on the Zoom link, you are all connected with your Mini Speakers to your Phones, your volume on the computer turned up, and the same mix for us all, ready to play! Everyone will go on mute, beside me. 

-You will be sent an email with how to prepare for the Dance! You will need Zoom on your laptop, and we will all press play on the same mix at the same time, on our phones, connected to our Mini Speakers. . 

-Roughly 1.5 hours of dance/breath/stretching/going within, 1/2 hour Shavasana and Sharing Circle. 2hrs total. Think of it like a two hour retreat for you for the week, to reset! (Please note you aren’t dancing hard the whole 1.5hrs). If you need to leave for whatever reason as lifes busy, it’s totally fine. If we can start together and end together, that would be amazing. Going deep!
