Deep Practices Explained
(Please note these practices are taught verbally in one to one or couples work, and in demonstration style in workshops and retreats)
Prostate Massage
This a very gentle, exploration to release physical and emotional toxins, stored in the semen producing prostate gland, on the inside wall of the male anus. Massaging this area can prevent prostate cancer and provide deep relaxation, healing shame, releasing fear, improving digestion, lasting longer in bed, deep full body prostate orgasms (or internal orgasms) and multi orgasmic experiences, like a woman experiences. These internal orgasms have been described to me by male clients as peak life experiences, and a feeling like a slow volcano of lava erupting from the pelvis internally, spreading throughout the whole body. Sometimes this happens without ejaculation and also sometimes with ejaculation. A glove, lots of lubricant, slowness, communication, honouring pause words and teamwork, are a big part of the ritual. (This is also a deep sensitive, enjoyable, exploration for a woman to receive, however the female anus doesn't have a prostate. I offer to both Men, Women and Couples.)
Yoni Massage
Yoni Massage is a sacred honoring of the woman's body and vagina, yoni being the Sanskrit name for vagina. It is amazing how woman's body will open slowly like a flower, with feelings of trust, respect and worship. Here, tension is released, trauma is released, emotion is released, and trance like pleasure awakens within. Clarity, nurture and healing are key benefits to this beautiful, safe, ancient ceremony. This practice also invigorates the whole body, brings more sensitivity to the Yoni, increases sexual awareness and confidence, has the power to unlock and unblock, releases stagnant energy, brings joy and bliss and may bring on Full Body Energy Orgasm, G Spot Orgasm or Cevical Orgasm experiences. The key to this massage, is very deep, rhythmic, loving touch, on every areas of the body, for a long duration, before even reaching the Yoni! Lingam Massage
Lingam is the Sanskrit word for Penis. In this erotic, sensual and deeply devotional massage, the man's penis and scrotum are cupped, stretched, rhythmically stroked and tickled with lots of oil. Breath, sound, relaxation, breath retention and the use of the Pc Muscle to move energy around the body, play a key part in this amazing exploration. A man learns to surrender, receive and allow, letting go of the mind, and let go of conditioning to give back. The whole body is massaged, before even reaching the genitals, to go deep into that blissful euphoric state. Men describe this full body, orgasmic, sensory bodywork experience, as better than sex. Riding the peak of the orgasm, or edging, is a big part of the session, creating a build up of more exstacy flowing freely through the body. Firm and Soft Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage strokes, bring you into your body and your heart, as you open to deep receiving. Sound healing ends the session. Emotions are always welcome. Ancestral Healing or Childhood Healing may unfold. You might fall asleep a dribble. Its all divine. (For Couples this would be an Hour Each. Whilst one is waiting its encouraged to breathe, stretch, relax and bliss out to the music. For a Solo Woman you would get 2 hrs of heaven)
Session Two-
Intro to Sensual Healing. Tantra Styles Explained. Intention Setting. Communication. Pause Words. Boundaries. Fears. Desires. Intro to the Pc Muscle and Moving Sexual Energy. Foundational Tantric Practices. Breath and Sound Work. Partner Yoga. Teamwork through Contact Movement, Leading and Following. Holding and Breath Techniques, calming the nervous system together. (In a Couple Scenario you are teamed up together for this. In a Solo Woman situation, we would team up, but always working with each persons comfortability level)
Session Three-
Kundalini Movement (a Chakra is chosen to suit your journey or joint journey). A Breath Sound and Movement practice to clear stagnant energy from the body. Blindfolded dance to go inward, unlock, discover, purify.
Shadow Practice/Sacred Wound Fairytale, a writing journey to befriend your Shadow, the key to freedom, knowing yourself, awareness in relational dynamics, core healing. Negative mantras to positive ones.
(For a Couple this would be in the same room, but in different spaces, together in same space but solo journeying within. A Solo Woman would be in blindfold with me guiding)
Session Four-
A Journey of the Senses, Taste, Touch, Smell, Hearing and Sight, including the Sacred Strip with Erotic Poetry and how to Own your Sensual Expression.
Plus a Deep Dive into Radical Self Pleasure. Energy, breath, creativity, learning what you like.
(For a Couple this is a mix of together and solo journeying but in the same space. Singles or Couples only go to the level they are comfy with. Many options to suit all boundaries. You are completely held and encouraged.)
Session Five-
This session goes into Male Pleasure and Anatomy. ’Going into your deepest Receiving'. Safety to let go, into your deepest pleasure/emotions. This Session includes Intention Setting, Breath/Sound Work and Sensual Healing Massage on the massage table, deeply relaxing and energy awakening massage styles. For Women, you receive the whole session on table. For Couples, the session can be designed to deliver the teachings but suit all comfortability levels, with many options, verbal, hands on, everyone will be happy and learning lots.)
Session Seven-
A Free Flow Nature Session where we create it ourselves. Session is in nature exploring Cacao Medicine and Sensual Healing to integrate and feel liberation with the elements. The last session has a Celebratory feel! (Weather dependent) It's a session where we can mark over all teachings, and chat openly about sexuality, and create rituals around what you are calling in moving forward.
There is a Paint/Art/Craft Sensual Painting Option OR a Mini Photo Shoot Option in this last session. You will take home the Painting that you do or receive a small framed Print from your Shoot, to remember your Journey and your Sensual Power ALWAYS. It must be popped somewhere in the house where you can see it. Intentions for the Art, whether it be Paint or Photos will be discussed as a team, and it will be creative, symbolic and special, for all journeyers, single or coupled.

What's not in the Session
Penetrative Sex, Kissing and Oral aren't in the Sessions. Any unique requests or desires during the sessions are welcomed to be asked, and can be discussed following the yes or no responses. It's One Way Touch, ie On You. All Singles and Couples will be taken care of, with so much respect.
Check In's
Everything mentioned is optional. Sessions have been known to take different directions, guiding in a structured yet organic way. Regular Check In's during sessions ensure consent with the next practice. Pause words are key. Pause words aren’t a hindrance, they are an essential part to cocreative, safe, loving, connection.

Part 1....."That was special. He loved his B'day Surprise Sensual Ritual. So I had it in my head that I needed to get all the things, props, candles, etc.....but I didn't have the time to do all the things. So I had to use the kimono I already had, use a scarf as a blindfold and just make do. I actually delayed it as I wanted it to be perfect but we had this wonderful night and I thought stuff it, it's time.
