KUNDI SUNSET FRIDAYS

A healing, enlivening and extremely fun 6 Week Kundalini Dance Journey is about to unfold, at the Temple of Love, Nth Gosford.

You are fine to Drop In to the nights you’re available or come to the Whole Series! The true transformation is in the ‘Whole Series’ commitment!!

THE MAGIC

The Kundi Sunset Fridays 6 Week Journey, will start on the 4th November, and end on the 9th December. Every Friday Night, we will gather all dressed up for Connection and Catch Ups, Kundalini Dance with a Live Dj, A Potluck Feast, and Group Healing and Art Rituals.

You have the option to stay too, if coming from afar. This is such an epic end to a long week. People travel from Newcastle, Cronulla, Blue Mountains and Sydney, to cocreate such naturally high vibrations as a tribe, feeling safe, feeling alive, feeling free!

33 BEINGS

This time around Kundi is going next level. We are calling in 33 magical beings at each Chakra Night!!

We have a Live DJ, Adriano Barcellos, who I am very excited to collaborate with, and cocreations were spoken of as soon as we met! The music, oh my, I simply cannot wait to cocreate on the music!! We also may get a few talented surprise Guests, blowing in. Splashing in the pool is going to be so fun, post Kundi! And eating on the deck with all the candles, birds and warmer weather….. totally lush! There will be some Group Healing and Art Rituals added in this time.

We had a booked out event, each Friday through the cosy Kundi Winter Series, with the indoor fireplace. We were dancing in the mysterious dark, due to the early sunsets. Now its time to shake in the light baby, with the sun setting over the mountains!

RUN SHEET

*6-6.45pm Arrival and Social all dressed up!

*6.45pm Mini Group Photo Shoot!

*7pm Sharp Ceremony Starts. (Don’t be late!)

*7-8.30pm Kundi Dance, Savassna and Sharing Circle. Dj Adriano Barcellos will be in da house each week, supporting the Kundalini Dance transmission by me, Hayley Melrose!

*Refreshing Pool Dips and Outdoor Hot Showers too!

*8.30pm-9.30pm A Potluck Feast will happen on the deck.

9.30pm-10.30pm- Group Healing and Art Rituals will anchor in the Chakra Medicine of the night!

*There will be free time to roam, connect, chat, chill, massage, pull cards or do acro yoga, whatever your heart desires.

*There might be Special Guests and Special Surprises too!

*11pm The Journey Closes but we may stay up a little later!

KUNDALINI DANCE 

Kundalini Dance is a Tantric, Shamanic Dance, to clear your 7 energy centers with breath, sound and movement. It’s about connection to self and others, and deepening your connection to the Universe. It’s about coming home to yourself, radical self love, wholeness and sovereignty. Clearing out stagnant energy makes us feel spacious, confident and alive!

The best way to do Kundi is to sign up for the whole journey. People who have done the whole series, know this is where the true inner work and cleansing is! Dropping in to one or as many as possible, is also amazing!

HEALING AND ART RITUALS

Special Group Healing and Art Rituals will unfold after some dance and food. These exercises and practices will be designed to take you deeper into the essence of each chakra, and anchor in the transformation even more. Whats coming through, is very beautiful and sacred as always! I like that there is mystery here but some structure too, and a curiosity what will come within the group space. If anyone wants to share something special with the group, a song, a poem, etc, in line with that particular chakra, you will be encouraged to connect with me in the lead up to the night, to see if we can weave it in! Everything’s possible!

EACH WEEK

Friday 4th November- Root Chakra Temple- Outfit Theme- Sensual, Earthy, Jungle, Primal, Animal Print, Red Vibes! Dancing the Root Chakra awake, we will release worry and fear, bringing in more groundedness, connection and abundance.

Friday 11th November- Sacral Chakra Temple- Outfit Theme- Orange, Juicy, Exotic, Lacey, Frilly, Sparkly, Sassy Rockstar Vibes! Dancing the Sacral awake, we release shame and guilt, and make way for more sensual and creative energy.

Friday 18th November- Solar Chakra Temple- Outfit Theme- Yellow, Fire Colors, Warrior, Warrioress, Viking Energy, Bad Ass, Wild, Confident and Free! Dancing the Solar awake, we release perfection, competition and self doubt, making more room for bravery and action.

Friday 25th November- Heart Chakra Temple- Outfit Themes- Pink, Green, Cozy, Fluffy, Sweet, Playful Vibes! Dancing the Heart awake, we open our hearts to feel, to release the past hurts, and come into acceptance, forgiveness and love.

Friday 2nd December- Throat Chakra Temple- Outfit Themes- Blue, Fully Self Expressed, Circus Mayhem Vibes! Dancing the Throat awake we release criticism and judgment, and express ourselves calmly, clearly, and compassionately.

Friday 9th December- 3rd Eye and Crown Chakra Temple- Outfits- Indigo, Purple, White, Gold, Ethereal, Magic, Fairy, High Spirited, Light, Rainbow Vibes! Blindfolds will be on! Time to go inward, silence the mind, connect to our ancestors, our guides, our spirit animals, listen, integrate, let go, visualize and dream.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring a plate of food for dinner and/or breaky to share.

Come dressed up!!

Bring a towel for the pool!

Bring Cozzies for the pool. (Or go nude- all good)

Bring linen, blankets, and a pillow if you are staying.

A water bottle might be good for when we dance.

Clothes to sleep in if staying.

Clothes for the next day if staying.

Please bring a mattress. There are some extra beds and mattresses here also.

Ear Plugs if staying re: possible snorers.

PARKING

Please park on the street. Strictly No Parking in the driveway.

18 The Outlook North Gosford, 2250. I am at the top of the hill, at the end of the Coulda-sac. Go up step drive to the right. You may need a phone torch when leaving.

LATENESS

If you are new to Kundi Dance, thats great, but you aren’t allowed to be late. Lol! It is very important new people are on time or early. Regulars, its fine to be a tad late, but ideally we all start and finish as a family of journeyers. Please figure out your day to be on time or early please friends.

IF STAYING

Breaky will be roughly 8.30am/9am. Some Foods will be provided. Food contributions are welcome too.

10am is Check Out.

HEALTH N SAFETY 

Please stay at home if you have a cold, fever, sniffle or cough. Radical responsibility is the way!

REFUNDS

There are no refunds, but you can use the money toward gifting a friend or yourself, a massage or shoot with me, valid for 3 months! I’d love to spoil you, if you can’t make it, so you get the Temple Transmission. You can also transfer it towards a future Kundi Event, or another Chakra Night is this Series.

TEMPLE AGREEMENTS

Everyone who steps into the Temple of Love respects themselves and others. People in the Temple gently and compassionately communicate needs, thoughts, and boundaries. Everyone is aware that this is a non judgmental, nurturing, and accepting space.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE SPACE

There are no drugs or alcohol to be consumed in the space or before the event. Its recommended to stay natural, till at least the following night, to integrate your experience. It important to cleanse the night before with no alcohol or drugs and healthy eating.

PHOTOGRAPHY

There will be some fun Photography/Video on the Chakra Nights, capturing some key moments and the beautiful energy we are cocreating as a tribe!! The Images and Footage will be used on Social Media, to inspire the masses, spread joy, and share the Kundi magic far and wide! In booking a ticket, you agree to Photo’s and Video.

HAYLEY MELROSE

Hayley Melrose is a bright, open, courageous Soul Photographer and Sensuality Guide, based at the ‘Temple of Love’ North Gosford, Australia.

12 years ago she switched from her corporate job, to a life of Art and Healing. Hayley guides people to work with their powerful life force energy, breath, sound and movement, through Soul Photography, Radical Intimacy, Kundalini Dance and Massage Rituals.

Her work is about self-love, sacred union, embodiment, the elements, purification, pleasure, manifestation, surrender, confidence, wildness, transformation, deeply connecting to all of life and allowing the fullness of your true nature.

He is a Master Nlp Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist accredited by the American Board of Hypnotherapy, Ecstatic Dance DJ, Event Producer, Experienced Designer, Behavioral Specialist, Tantric Guide, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Digital Marketer, Researcher, Reiki Healer Level 2.

He is passionate about arts in general and healing modalities. He has been focused on creating experiences that blend wellness with entertainment!

He has been playing the drums for various conscious communities around Sydney, and now he’s lighting up dance floors as an embodied Dj for sober parties, workshops, retreats and any sort of uplifting experience!

Playing some organic/tribal/ecstatic tunes, he takes the audience on a journey within, deepening the connection with themselves, nature and others!!
